CPG Hotels has announced the acquisition of an iconic New Zealand hotel. The Hotel Fitzroy, in central Auckland, will undergo a major refurbishment to become the brand’s first five-star hotel. CPG has enlisted the help of renowned restaurateur Jinu Abraham to create a new food concept for the hotel. The hotel will reopen before Christmas 2020.
