The new season of Rugrats will consist of 13 episodes and premiere on Paramount+ on October 7. It will feature a special Halloween special. The channel is owned by ViacomCBS and is available in multiple countries, including localized versions. It has an extensive library of stand-up comedies, feature films, and television shows.
